Legal Nonsense.....

There is judge in DC suing a Korean dry cleaners for 54 million dollars because they lost his favorite pair of pants. I don't care how objectively you look at his case this guy needs booted from the bench. It would sad enough if this guy was just some citizen, but he's a judge! It is very unlikely that he will win the proposed judgement, so why is he even bothering. Is this the sad commentary of our contemporary society, we will sue each other over the most trivial issues. Hey! The fast food restaurant messed up my order, I am suing! You have just got to shake your head.

His argument is that the cleaners had a sign stating "satisfaction guaranteed" and that he was not satisfied. Even though they offered to pay him for the lost item and actually by accounts were willing offer him several thousand dollars to make him happy. But there in lies the rub. You can't make a guy like this happy. I don't know the guy, but based on his actions he seems like a gentleman that is only happy when he is making someone else miserable. After all he is a judge.

Just another stain upon the greatest legal system in the world. And whats worse these types of travesties are common. And people wonder why us folks believe there is no justice in the legal system and why we need God......
