Sure, why not? The liberals have a firm grasp on America's Colleges and the Old Media, why not AM Radio too? Boo Hoo .... Rush Limbaugh and his ilk control the AM airwaves and its not fair..... And revisiting the Fairness Doctrine is? Puhlease!
Its not conservative radios fault that Air America the heavily liberal subsidized enterprise tanked. And considering that the vast majority of people that listen to talk radio are conservatives why would you want to but a liberal radio show on it in the first place. Because it is not fair......boo hoo.
I wonder if this fairness doctrine if instituted will allow a New York Times headline that is not bent on destroying this administration, or will NBC allow Michael Savage to give editorials on the evening news? Something tells me no they won't. After all the main objective is to silence the dissenting voices, not promoting fairness.
